What is nutritional therapy?
Nutritional therapy is a holistic nutrition approach based on valid scientific data and aims to maximize health through an individualized nutritional protocol. The foundations of nutritional therapy are an in-depth knowledge of the biology and physiology of the human body, of each category of micro and macronutrients and their biochemical actions within the body's cells.
